Today was the day. I left an early stage call to meet with my Endocrinologist. All went well and positive, my stats all looked good. At the conclusion of my visit, I left a few more vials of blood for testing and then got my first injection.
After my hospital visit, I took a ride share back to work, where I’d left my car. By the time I got there I was beginning to get a bit giddy, so I took the rest of the day off and headed home. On the way I made a couple stops, each time feeling a bit more of the effects of the ‘E’. I ended up near my favorite game store, stopped in and left with a handful of pink-pipped dice. Perfect. Just the thing to start a new round of life’s game…
By the time I got home, I was seeing tracers from the effects of having 10mL of estradiol mainlined into my system. I curled up in bed and rode the ‘Pink Unicorn’ to sleep, chakras blazing and mind expanded…
